Civilarch is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer who can transform architectural concepts into realistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs to help clients and teams visualize designs effectively.
The ideal candidate is skilled in 3D modeling, rendering software, and presentation techniques, with a strong sense of aesthetics, lighting, and material application in architectural projects.
Job Responsibilities – 3D Visualizer (Architecture)
3D Modeling & Rendering
Create detailed and accurate 3D models of architectural designs, including interiors, exteriors, and landscape elements. Apply textures, materials, and lighting to produce realistic visualizations.
Walkthroughs & Animations
Develop animated walkthroughs and VR presentations to showcase architectural concepts and design intent to clients and stakeholders.
Design Collaboration
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements, ensure accuracy, and incorporate feedback into visualizations.
Concept Visualization
Transform 2D drawings, sketches, and conceptual designs into photorealistic 3D visuals that effectively communicate design ideas.
Revision & Feedback Management
Modify and refine 3D models and renderings based on client or internal feedback, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project standards.
Presentation Support
Prepare high-quality visuals for client presentations, marketing materials, and project approvals, maintaining consistency with brand and design standards.
Asset & Library Management
Maintain libraries of 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting setups for efficient workflow and reuse across projects.
Software & Technology Utilization
Use software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, and Photoshop to create compelling visuals. Stay updated with latest visualization tools and techniques.
Problem Solving & Innovation
Explore innovative visualization methods, experiment with new materials, lighting techniques, and effects to enhance the realism and impact of presentations.
Quality & Accuracy Assurance
Ensure all visualizations accurately reflect architectural drawings, client requirements, and project specifications. Maintain high standards of visual quality and realism.
