About the Role
CivilArch is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive – Field Sales who can meet prospects on-site, generate leads, explain CivilArch’s architecture, interior design, and construction services, and convert inquiries into site visits and closures.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and experienced in field sales, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections and achieve targets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Field Visits
- Identify and generate leads through site visits, references, and local market activity
- Visit client locations, construction sites, and projects to pitch services
2. Client Meeting & Conversion
- Meet prospects face-to-face and understand requirements
- Convert leads into site visits, meetings, and final closures
3. Sales Strategy Execution
- Implement field sales strategies to achieve daily & monthly targets
- Identify new areas, builders, and potential clients
4. Product & Service Explanation
- Explain CivilArch services (Design, Interior, Construction) clearly
- Present company offerings, USP, and project portfolio
5. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
- Ensure regular follow-up for conversions
6. Objection Handling & Negotiation
- Handle client concerns confidently
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
7. Reporting & CRM
- Update daily visit reports, lead status, and conversions
- Maintain proper data in CRM / reporting system
8. Market Research
- Track competitor activity and local market trends
- Identify new business opportunities
9. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams
- Ensure smooth client onboarding after closure
10. Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain high conversion ratio
