About the Role – Human Resources (HR)
Civilarch is looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources (HR) professional who can lead the HR function, align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and drive a positive workplace culture across architecture, interior design, and construction teams.
The ideal candidate is experienced, people-focused, and skilled in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike.
Job Responsibilities – Human Resources (HR)
Strategic HR Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and talent acquisition strategies.
Recruitment and Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to candidate hiring.
- Implement onboarding programs for smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations
- Foster positive employee relations via communication, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management
- Implement appraisal systems, set goals, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
Training and Development
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills, competencies, and knowledge.
- Promote continuous learning aligned with business needs and employee aspirations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer fair and competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and compliance with tax regulations.
HR Policies and Compliance
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Educate employees on HR practices to promote compliance and ethical behavior.
Employee Engagement
- Implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, morale, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and social events.
HR Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize HR metrics to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management highlighting trends and insights.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Champion DEI initiatives to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.
HR Technology and Systems
- Optimize HRIS and other HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Labor Relations
- Collaborate with labor unions, negotiate agreements, and resolve disputes.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Change Management
- Facilitate communication and training during organizational changes.
- Manage change processes to minimize resistance and optimize adoption.
Legal Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Mitigate HR-related risks, such as wrongful termination or discrimination claims.
Ethical Leadership
- Uphold integrity, fairness, and transparency in all HR practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on ethical dilemmas and HR matters.
Strategic Partner
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to drive organizational performance and growth.
