About the Role
Civilarch is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive – Telesales who can connect with prospects through calls, qualify leads, explain Civilarch’s architecture, interior design, and construction services, and convert inquiries into site visits and closures.

The ideal candidate is confident in communication, persuasive, and experienced in telesales or customer engagement, with the ability to handle objections and achieve daily and monthly targets.

Job Responsibilities: As an Business Development Executive - Telesale , you will be responsible for :

Sales Strategy Development

Develop and implement telesales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Identify potential markets and customer segments for telesales campaigns.

Lead Generation and Qualification

Generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other telemarketing activities.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and purchasing potential to ensure they are viable prospects.

Customer Relationship Management

Product Knowledge

Sales Pitch and Presentation

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to engage customers and drive interest in the company’s offerings.
Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase benefits and features.

Objection Handling and Negotiation

Address customer objections and concerns confidently and professionally to overcome barriers to purchase.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company.

Sales Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of telesales campaigns and individual efforts.
Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievement of sales targets to management.

CRM and Database Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align telesales efforts with overall business objectives.
